Founders
The company was founded in 2006 by Adele K. Leshchiner, PhD and Nancy E. Larsen, PhD. Drs. Leshchiner and Larsen worked together for over 20 years in the field of hyaluronan research and medical device and biologic product development as part of the research team at Biomatrix, Inc., and Genzyme Biosurgery. Drs. Leshchiner and Larsen are authors of numerous scientific peer-reviewed articles and patents based on the properties and use of HA materials.
